Only recently started to attend this diner, this establishment has changed hands and they have made an amazing transformation, the menu was very rock and roll (meaning that set dinners where names of popular bands) this has now changed to reflect a very British menu.
A really useful stopping place on the way to Dover and the ferries/tunnel. We often stop here and the food is always very good. The menu is a bit confusing as the dishes are named after Pop Stars and Groups. “The Who” proved to be a very good breakfast choice and the individual items were excellent.
We went here for a Sunday carvery, there were 40 people and everyone enjoyed it. The staff coped very well as they had passing trade coming in as well, the food was lovely. Have had breakfast here as well on a couple of occasions always been lovely food and staff always cheerful.
Really nice breakfast here similar to Mickeys on the A229 but the Manageress really has this place under her control and presents a pleasant character and well presented food at a reasonable price.
Very Good. Plates hot, veg not over-done, clean place, all in all better then a lot of pubs, plenty of car spaces, would go again.
Very nice place, they make you welcome. We only stopped for a cupa and a teacake but it was not too much trouble for them. The waitress was lovely and had a welcoming smile. Will be back!
